Roy Sand
I have been involved in many parts of the real estate industry.  In 2009, I began my real estate journey as an investor.  As an investor, I have rehabbed homes, owned rentals, and managed rehab projects.  I worked for a Fortune 100 company for 15 years and really wanted to pursue my passion full time, so in 2014, I became a real estate broker. As a broker, I have represented both buyers and sellers.  Buyers and I work together to understand their situation and help them find a home.

Sellers and I will develop a listing strategy including how to prepare their home for market and how to get them the terms and price they need. I have worked with large and small new construction builders and am in the process of building a new construction home of my own. These vast experiences have shown me the varied pitfalls and risks of real estate investing and also the benefits and joy that can come from owning property, whether it be for an investment or your personal residence.

With FirstPoint Real Estate, I have enjoyed the professional and friendly atmosphere of the ownership, management and staff. The wide range of experience and knowledge in the office daily is an asset to any agent. Every transaction has different challenges and obstacles and the ability to bounce ideas and questions off a broad range of experience from people you can trust is invaluable.

I live in Puyallup, WA with my wife Kim and our 3 kids; Peyton, Mason and Logan.  We enjoy the outdoors, Seahawks and muscle cars.  Call me if you are thinking of buying or selling in the South Sound!
